Games - 255 points

A maximum of 5 points is awarded for any given game in each phase of the tournament.

If you guess the type of result in a group match (win, lose, draw) or in a knockout match (win, lose, win or lose in extra time), you will be awarded 2 points. If you guess the extra time but not the over time winner, you will only get 1 point.

If you guess the home team's goals scored, you get 1 point.

If you guess the away team's goals scored, you get 1 point.

If you guess the goal difference in the match in which you also guess the winner or draw in the group, you get 1 point (e.g. you guess 4:2 but the match is 3:1).

This means that if you guess the exact score as the sum of the above points, you get 5 points. In the knockout phase, it may happen that you no longer have an exact pair for a given match. In this case you cannot get any points. The algorithm looks for a matching pair in the playoffs between all games, so the date and time of the match may not match.

Standings of the teams - 82 points

At each stage of the tournament, you will earn points for the correct position of a team in the table (group stage) or for each team advancing to the individual knockout stage.

Please check the team standings in the table as they may differ from the official rules, even though I tried to calculate them the same way.

Ranking of participants and criteria for equality of points

In the event of a equality of points, the player who gains more points in the tournament phase in that order will prevail: Final > Semifinal > Quarterfinal > Round of 16 > Group stage.

Example 1: Player A scored more points than Player B in the final phase, so he will have a higher rating.

Example 2: Player A and Player B have the same score in the final phase and in the third place phase. However, Player A scored more points than Player B in the semifinal phase, so he will have a higher score.

The criteria for the winner of the group will be the number of exact predictions in the groups.,
